cipher products come with consumer guarantees under australian consumer law. these cannot be excluded and are separate from our change of mind policy.
if a product has a major failure (unsafe, does not match description, not fit for purpose), you may return it for your choice of a refund or exchange, plus compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss.

all cipher products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. we never test on animals and none of our ingredients are animal-derived.
all shipping packaging is plastic-free and fully recyclable — cardboard box, paper fill, tissue paper, card inserts.
product bottles are recyclable depending on your local facility. pump mechanisms are not recyclable and should be separated before disposal.
store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. most products have a 12-month shelf life after opening — check the PAO (period after opening) symbol on packaging.
